CLS (CLS-Ukraine, LLC) is a combined regional Contract Research and Site Management Organization (CRO/SMO) with a prime focus on Ukrainian & East European markets and a strong commitment to customer needs and excellence in research. CLS is the abbreviation of Clinical & Life Sciences.

As a clinical CRO/SMO, CLS operates international networks of clinical centers in several therapeutic areas and offers a wide range of services that meet the specific requirements of the Sponsors, that cover all key areas of clinical trials.
Beyond clinical trials, our strong R&D capabilities may help to optimize the process of creation of new medicines or generating innovations and propose time- and cost-effective solutions. This combined with our proactive use of the local scientific facilities, GLP toxicology laboratory, and manufacturing facilities distinguish us among competitors.
In the medical device field, we offer pre-clinical testing and clinical investigations on humans in early pilot or larger pivotal studies.

Geographical coverage
■ ■ ■ Our geographical coverage extends to the Eastern part of the European continent. Ukraine is a key area for coordinated studies within this geographical region which, if necessary, extends to Moldova, Romania and Georgia, where we are actively developing a network of clinical sites. In addition, CLS has established strategic partnerships in the Netherlands, Poland, and Bulgaria which expands noticeably the total geographical area of our operational activities.
